<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated March 29, 2007, and
<br />filed for record on March 30, 2007, in the real estate records of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200702546, and given by Shafer Properties, LLC, as Trustor, in which
<br />Archer Cooperative Credit Union, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach
<br />of the obligations dated March 29, 2007, for which the trust property was conveyed as
<br />security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt
<br />payments as they became due.

<br />You arc hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said
<br />Deed of Trust is accelerated and as of November 13,2007, is in the amount 01'$129,499.92,
<br />plus interest thereafter.

<br />sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisry the obligations under said Deed of Trust;
