<br />Instrument No. 0200602183, and given by Shafer Properties, LLC, as Trustor, in which
<br />Archer Cooperative Credit Union, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach
<br />ofthe obligations dated March 1,2006, for which the trust property was conveyed as security
