<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated July 21,2005, and
<br />filed for record on July 22, 2005, in the real estate records of Hall County, Nehraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200507024, and given by Shafer Properties, LLC, as Trustor, in which
<br />Archer Cooperative Credit Union, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach
<br />ofthe obligations dated May 30,2007, for which the trust property was conveyed as security
<br />has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they
<br />became due.

<br />You are hereby notified that because of such default, the indehtedness secured by said
<br />Deed of Trust is accelerated and as of November 13,2007, is in the amount of$150,956.09,

<br />You arc further notified that because of such default the undersigned has elected to
