<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />
<br />SOUTHEAST CROSSINGS, L.L.C.,
<br />
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated DECEMBER 21. 2006 and recorded DECEMBER 21.
<br />2006 as DOCUMENT # 0200611306. in the office ofthe HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S
<br />OFFICE IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />UNIT 939, SOUTHEAST CROSSINGS CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIME, IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest ofthe land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
