<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Timothy
<br />R. O'Neill and Miki S. O'Neill, Husband and Wife, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated April 6, 2007, and'
<br />recorded April 12, 2007, Instrument Number 0200702964 in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
