<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein in Deed of Trust
<br />dated April 7, 2006, and recorded April 10, 2006, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200603114; AND

<br />Deed of Trust dated July 3, 2006, and recorded July 3, 2006, in the office of the Register of Deeds of1la11
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instnunent No. 0200605926;

<br />have been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or

<br />SEVENTEEN (117), IN KOENIG AND WIEBE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
