SCHOONOVER an undivided Twenty-Three <br /> <br />and 17/100 percent (23.17%) interest, to JAMES ROBERT MORTON an undivided Twenty- <br /> <br />Four and 741100 percent (24.74%) interest, and to NANCY K. HOWARD an undivided Twenty- <br /> <br />Nine and 18/100 percent (29.18%) interest, GRANTEES, in the following-described real estate <br /> <br />(as defined in Neb. Rev.
