<br />Four and 741100 percent (24.74%) interest, and to NANCY K. HOWARD an undivided Twenty-

<br />Nine and 18/100 percent (29.18%) interest, GRANTEES, in the following-described real estate

<br />(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) located in Hall County, Nebraska, to.wit:

<br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska; and

<br />The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W12SWY4) of Section Twenty-Three
<br />(23), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West ofthe 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of land described in a Deed of
<br />Correction recorded in Book 156, Page 410, in the office of the Register of Deeds

<br />easterly on the North Line of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W12SW~)
<br />of said Section Twenty-Three (23) a distance of One Hundred Fifty and Seven
<br />Tenths (150.7) feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing easterly on said
<br />North Line a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Eighty and Eight Tenths
<br />(1,180.8) feet to the Northeast Corner of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(W12SW~); thence southerly on the East Line of said West Half ofthe Southwest
<br />Quarter(WY2SW~) a distance of One Hundred Eighty-One and Three Tenths
<br />(181.3) feet; thence westerly 97027' right a distance of Six Hundred Seventy-Two
<br />(672.0) feet; thence continuing westerly 04006' right a distance of Five Hundred

<br />tract shall be part of a Controlled Access Facility as defined in Section 39-1302
