It is known by these presents that Sublessor has rented, leased, and let unto Sublessee and Sublessee has rented and leased from Sublessor, for the rentals and upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in that Sublease Agreement dated November 20, 2007 (the "Sublease Agreement") by and between Sublessor and Sublessee, the property described and set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof (the "project") for a basic term commencing on November 20,2007, and terminating on November 20,2022. The covenants, agreements, and conditions herein and in the Sublease Agreement contained shall run with the property and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. The Sublease Agreement may be executed simultaneously in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
