<br />In consideration of payment of the indebtedness secured by the real estate Deed of Trust given by
<br />JIM E. SHULTZ a.k.a. JAMES E. SHULTZ, Trustor under said document, to STATE BANK OF
<br />SCOTIA, Scotia, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of STATE BANK OF SCOTIA, Scotia, Nebraska,
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated September 28, 2004, and recorded on October 5, 2004, as Instrument
<br />Number 0200409808 in the records of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, Beneficiary has
<br />made written request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below;

<br />Now, therefore, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the Nebraska Deed of Trust
<br />laws and the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee does hereby grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived by or through said Deed of Trust in
<br />the following described premises:

<br />The West 38.5 feet of Lot 35, and the East 38 feet of Lot 34, Block 3, Blain Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
