<br />RECONVEYANCE OF TRUST PROPERTY

<br />In consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust dated January 4,
<br />2000, by and between JULIO A. IBARRA and ALMA J. IBARRA, husband and wife, as
<br />Trustor, which Deed of Trust is recorded as Document No. 200000134 in the Office of the Hall
<br />County, Nebraska Register of Deeds, and which Deed of Trust has been assigned by Assignment
<br />of Deed of Trust dated May 20, 2003 and recorded as Document No. 200306769 in the Office of
<br />the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds, and upon the request for reconveyance ofthe
<br />Beneficiary, BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney-at-Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on
<br />the following described real estate:

<br />Lot Six (6) Bernhard Voss First Subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76-1014.01 of
<br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to Trustor JULIO A. IBARRA and
<br />ALMA 1. IBARRA, husband and wife.
