<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by, Bighorn Enterprises, L.L.C., as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank
<br />& Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company,
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 26th day of February, 2007, recorded on the 26th day of
<br />February, 2007, as Instrument No. 200701473 at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entided thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
