<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JOEY C CUMPSTON. A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for

<br />Instrument 200509081 200603457 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
