<br />Michquel Bonser, Husband and Wife, as original Trustor to Principal Bank, as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Principal Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, recorded August 6, 2002, in the mortgage
<br />records in the office of the Register of Deeds HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page
<br />Instrument 0200211194 The Mortgage having been complied with and paid in full, the undersigned
<br />releases the Mortgage and all of its right, title and interest in the Property located at 908
<br />Redwood Road, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803.

<br />NOW THEREFORE. in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release
