<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />April 18, 2005, by ADRIAN CASTRO, a single person, Trustor, in favor of MORTGAGE
<br />ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as nominee for Major Mortgage, as
<br />Beneficiary, and COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK, A Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee, and
<br />which was filed for record on April 18, 2005, as Instrument No. 2005-03416, of the Mortgage
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary,
<br />MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. to U.S. BANK, N.A. by
<br />virtue of an Assignment dated October 5, 2007, and filed for record on October 22, 2007, as
<br />Instrument No. 2007-09048 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L.
<br />GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing COMMERCIAL FEDERAL
<br />BANK, A Federal Savings Bank, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally
<br />described as follows:

<br />THE NORTHERLY EIGHTY-TWO AND NINE TENTHS FEET (82.9') OF LOT ONE (1) IN
<br />BLOCK FOUR (4) OF WINDOLPH'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute 9 76-1012.
<br />
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
