<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />November 7, 2005, by DAVID K. SORENSEN and MELISSA A. SORENSEN, husband and
<br />wife, Trustors, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as
<br />Nominee for Charter West National Bank, as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, and which was filed forrecord on November 7,2005, as
<br />Instrument No. 2005-11047, ofthe Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust
<br />was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION
<br />SYSTEMS, INC. to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated July 27,2007, and filed
<br />for record on August 13, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007-06893 of the Mortgage Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing
<br />U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue ofa Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of
<br />Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br />THE EASTERLY 50 FEET OF THE WESTERLY 198 FEET OF FRACTIONAL BLOCK 17 IN
<br />WINDOLPH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />Said default under the terms ofthe Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment ofthe installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute ~ 76.1012.
<br />
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />
<br />The default maybe cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in ~ 76-1012.
