<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, Edmond D Gebers, Unmarried is the original Grantor, Geoffrey Chang is the original
<br />Trustee, and KeyBank National Association FKA - is the original Beneficiary, under a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated November 19, 2005 and recorded December 13, 2005 as instrument no. 0200512178 in
<br />book - at page -, Official Records of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in
<br />place of Geoffrey Chang.
<br />
<br />Now, therefore, the undersigned Beneficiary substitutes KeyBank NA as successor by merger to Key
<br />Bank USA, NA as Trustee.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Key Bank National Association is the undersigned Beneficiary and KeyBank USA, NA is
<br />the substituted Trustee, under said Deed of Trust.

<br />Now, therefore, KeyBank NA as successor by merger to Key Bank USA, NA, as undersigned Trustee,
<br />does hereby reconvey, to the person or persons entitled thereto all of the estate and interest derived to it
