<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated December
<br />31, 1998, executed by RANDY DETHLEFS, a single person, as Trustor,
<br />in which MOTOR WORKS CENTRE, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed
<br />was recorded on April 2, 1999, as Instrument No. 99-103417 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from MOTOR WORKS
<br />CENTRE, INC. written request to reconvey the real estate described
<br />in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />THE NORTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER
<br />(Nl/2 SW1/4 NWl/4) OF SECTION NINE (9), TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) NORTH,
<br />RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />excepting a certain tract deeded to the State of Nebraska and
<br />recorded in Deed Book 77, Page 61, and excepting a certain tract
<br />deeded to the State of Nebraska and recorded as Document No. 93-
<br />108863
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee,
<br />does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
