<br />Southeasterly along said right-of-way line and on the arc of a curve whose radius is 2,804.79 feet (the long chord of which deflects
<br />right 94 degrees 0]' from the last described course), a long chord distance of352.28 feet, to a point on the South line of said Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence Westerly along the South line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance
<br />of 1,196.64 feet to the place of beginning.
