<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by David Kirby
<br />and Morgan Kirby, Husband and Wife, to TierOne Bank, Trustee for the benefit of TierOne Bank, the Beneficiary named
