All tangible records or electronic records of the Debtor, including records that include an instrument or series of instruments, <br />that evidence both a monetary obligation and a security interest in specific goods, a security interest in specific goods and software used in <br />the goods, a security interest in specific goods and license of software used in the goods, a lease of specific goods, or a lease of specific <br />goods and license of software used in the goods. All goods of the Debtor that are not inventory, farm products, titled goods, or consumer goods. <br /> <br />Farm products. <br /> <br />D <br /> <br />All Debtor's goods, other than standing timber, with respect to which Debtor is engaged in a farming operation and which are: Ii) <br />crops grown, growing. or to be grown, including but not limited to crops produced on plants, trees, vines, and bushes, and aquatic <br />goods produced in aquacultural operations; (ii) supplies used or produced in Debtor's farming operation; or (iii) products of crops in <br />their unmanufactured states. <br /> <br />D <br /> <br />All Debtor's goods, other than standing timber, with respect to which Debtor is engaged in a farming operation and which are: (i) <br />livestock, born or unborn, including but not limited to aquatic good produced in aquacultural operations; (ii) supplies used or <br />produced in Debtor's farming operation; or (iii) products of livestock in their unmanufactured states. <br /> <br />D <br /> <br />Government Program Payments. All the Debtor's right to payment of a monetary obligation, accounts. general intangibles, and other <br />benefits, now held or hereafter acquired, that are the result of Debtor's participation in any local, state, or federal governmental program. <br />Government Program Payments include, but are not limited to, letters of entitlement, deficiency payments, diversion payments, payments in <br />kind, emergency assistance payments, production flexibility contrects, conservation reserve p..ym'mts, warehou:::e receipts, and storage. <br />payments. <br /> <br />[XJ <br /> <br />General Intangibles. All pttrsonal property now owned or hereafter acquired by the Dttbtor, including things in action, other than accounts, <br />chattel papttr, commercial tort claims, deposit accounts, documents, goods, instruments, investment property, letter.of.credit rights, letters <br />of credit, money, and oil, gas, or other minerals before extraction. General Intangibles include all payment intangibles now held or httrttafter <br />acquired by Debtor and all software now owned or hereafter acquired by Debtor, which is not encompassed by the term "Goods", and all <br />supporting information. General Intangibles also include things in the nature of intellectual property, trade names, patents, formulas, service <br />marks, trademarks, rights that arise under a license of intellectual property, and the right to payment of a loan of funds that is not evidenced <br />by chattel paper or an instrument. <br /> <br />[Xl <br /> <br />Instruments. All negotiable instruments and other writings owned or acquired by the Debtor that evidence a right to the payment of a <br />monetary obligation, are not themselves security agreements or leases, and are of a type that in the ordinary course of business are <br />transferred by delivery with all necessary endorsements or assignments. <br /> <br />[j] <br /> <br />Inventory.
