Ahlschwede, <br />Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, formerly Equitable Federal <br />Savings Bank of Grand Island, Successor to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska as Beneficiary, dated September 16.2003, and recorded September 23. <br />2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. <br />0200312706, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this <br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement <br />below. <br /> <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />3.
