<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 3, 2003 executed by Mark J Allen, a Single Person, in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Document #0200308582, on the 7th day of July, 2003, and Re-Recorded as Document
<br />#0200309319, on the 21st day of July, 2003
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />LOTS SIXTY-NINE (69) IN HAGGES' SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF THE NE1/4
<br />NW1/4 AND A PART OF THE NW1J4 NE1/4 ALL INSECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 11
<br />NORTH, RANGE 9, WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />SUBJECT TO AND WITH THE BENEFIT OF THE RESTRICTIONS CONTAINED IN
<br />THE DEED OF GEORGE B. O'BRIEN AND WIFE RECORDED IN BOOK 100 AT
<br />PAGE 666 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
