The trustor is RICHARD A <br />ZUHLKE and SHARI ANDREWS ZUHLKE, husband and wife ("Borrower"). The trustee is Thomas F. Vetters <br />("Trustee"). The beneficiary is Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), (solely as nominee for <br />Lender, as hereinafter defined and Lender's successors and assigns).
