<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNO\'q ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />TIIAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Tmst, hereinafter called the
<br />TntSt Deed, executed by Grand Island Health Care, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, Trustor(s)
<br />to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, TntStee for the benefit of Platte Valley State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated June 18, 1998 and recorded on
<br />June 19, 1998 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />number 98-105937 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such pJ.yment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned TntStee does her-:by grant, remise, release, and reconvey
