Diers Avenue, Grand Island, NE 68803) <br /> <br />which is also known as the "Real Property" or "Property" to secure certain obligations in <br />favor of Geneva State Bank, as Beneficiary, such Deed of Trust being recorded on <br />December 23, 2005, as Instrument No. 0200512551 in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska.
