Diers Avenue, Suite #300 <br />Grand Island, NE 68803 <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given by the undersigned Trustee that pursuant to a Deed of Trust, <br />made and executed by Shafer Properties LLC, by Joel Shafer, Member of Shafer <br />Properties LLC, as Trustor, to Geneva State Bank, as Trustee, dated December 11, 2003, <br />covering the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Five (5) Mehring and Kelly Subdivision, to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br /> <br />(More commonly known as: 1619 S. Lincoln Avenue, Grand Island, NE 68801) <br /> <br />which is also known as the "Real Property" or "Property" to secure certain obligations in <br />favor of Geneva State Bank, as Beneficiary, such Deed of Trust being recorded on <br />December 18, 2003, as Instrument No. 0200316179 in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska.
