Robertson <br />311 South Berber Street <br />Cairo, NE 68824-0353 <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given by the undersigned Trustee that pursuant to a Deed of Trust, <br />made and executed by Tony R. Robertson and Celeste M. Robertson, husband and wife, <br />as Trustor, to Geneva State Bank, as Trustee, dated December 15, 2006, covering the <br />following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lots 7 and 8 and the South 112 of Lot 9, in Block 11, in the Original Town of <br />Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />(More commonly known as: 311 South Berber Street, Cairo, NE 68824-0353) <br /> <br />which is also known as the "Real Property" or "Property" to secure certain obligations in <br />favor of Geneva State Bank, as Beneficiary, such Deed of Trust being recorded on <br />December 22,2006, as Instrument No. 0200611318 in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska.
