<br />LENDING CORPORA nON, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust
<br />to U,S. Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Asset Backed Securities
<br />Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust, Series AEG 2006-HEI Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates,
<br />Series AEG 2006-HEI by Select Portfolio Servicing, its Attorney in Fact. The Assignment was recorded in the

<br />hereinafter GRANTEES, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and conform unto GRANTEES the following
<br />described real property in HALL County, Nebraska:

<br />LOT ELEVEN (I I), IN BLOCK FOUR (4), KOEHLER PLACE, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the GRANTEES, and to the GRANTEES' successors and assigns forever.

<br />GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEES and with the GRANTEES' successors and assign:

<br />(I) That TERRY MICHAEL HOTCHKISS AND DEANNA HOTCHKISS, HUSBAND AND WIFE,
<br />as Trustor, failed to pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due, and the GRANTOR, at the request

<br />immediately due and payable.
