<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, formerly known as, Equitable
<br />Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, NE 68802, is
<br />hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by GREGORY D
<br />MEHRING AND MARLA R MEHRING. HUSBAND AND WIFE , as Trustor, in which
<br />EQUITABLE BANK, formerly known as EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, formerly known as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede,
<br />Attorney, as Trustee, dated MARCH 6. 2003 , and recorded MARCH 18.2003 , in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />200303190 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconvevance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the trust deed, dated MARCH 6. 2003 , executed by GREGORY D MEHRING AND
<br />MARLA R MEHRING. HUSBAND AND WIFE , as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney,
<br />as Trustee, and recorded on MARCH 18. 2003 , in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 200303190.

<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank, formally known
<br />as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank,
<br />Successor to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as beneficiary
<br />named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties
<br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the
<br />undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein,
<br />located in HALL County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:

<br />
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described
<br />in the trust deed.

<br />In witness thereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of partial
