<br />FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (a/k1a FANNIE MAE) organized and existing
<br />under the laws of The United States of America, GRANTOR,
<br />in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION

<br />Grantee herein shall be prohibited from conveying captioned property to a bonaflde

<br />the date of this deed. Grantee shall also be prohibited from encumbering subject property
<br />with a security interest in the principal amount of greater than $63,600.00 for a period of 3
<br />months from the date of this deed. These restrictions shall run with the land and are not
<br />personal to Grantee. This restrlcUon shall terminate Immediately upon conveyance at any
<br />foreclosure sale related to a mortgage or deed of trust.

<br />GRANTOR covenants Oointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:

<br />(1) It warrants that it will defend the tItle to the above real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons claiming by, through and under grantor, but not otherwise;
<br />(2) That the real estate is free from encumbrances, except easements, restrictions, reservations,
<br />and covenants of record; and
<br />(3) By accepting this Special Warranty Deed, grantee acknowledges that he has had adequate
<br />opportunity to inspect the property conveyed herein as well as all Improvements located
<br />thereon. Except as specifically set forth in this Special Warranty Deed this conveyance is
<br />made without warranty or representation, either express or implied and is on an "AS IS. and
<br />"WHERE IS" basis.
