<br />by Donald J Anderson and Brandi J Anderson. as husband and wife Trustor, to
<br />Union Bank and Trust Company, Trustee dated August 13, 2007 and filed for record in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds Hall County, Nebraska on August 21,2007 as
