<br />THA T WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Gary Boltz
<br />and Connie Boltz, husband and wife joint tenants to Centris Federal Credit Union, Trustee for
<br />the benefit of Centris Federal Credit Union the beneficiary named therein, dated October 30,
<br />2004 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, November
<br />5,2004, recorded in Instrument #0200410805, has been paid and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />beneficiary name therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvene to the person or persons entitle thereto all of the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
