<br />line of said Southeast Quarter 1,162.93 feet to the Northwest corner of said Southeast

<br />distance of 1,310.90 feet to the Northeast corner of said West Half of the Southeast

<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having sold said land to the Grantee for a fair
<br />and adequate consideration, such consideration, in addition to that above recited, being satisfaction of One
<br />Hundred Twenty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($120,000.00) in debt. Grantors declare that this conveyance
<br />is freely and fairly made.

<br />Grantors covenant with the Grantee that Grantors:

<br />1. Are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except the Deed of
<br />Trust in favor of Wade J. Haynes and Virginia L. Haynes filed on February 28, 2000, as Document
<br />No. 200001597, and except all outstanding real estate taxes owed on the property, and except
<br />easements, restrictions, and zoning ordinances of record;
<br />2. Have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />3. Warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons.
