Medrano, a single person, Trustor under a Deed of Trust recorded <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on December 23, 2004 as Instrument No. <br />0200412308, which Deed of Trust conveyed the foIlowing described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT ONE (1), BLOCK ONE (1), AXT & HAGGE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by said <br />Deed of Trust when due.
