<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Kim
<br />Jungck and Jane A. McDonald, Husband and Wife, Borrower, to HERlT AGE BANK, Trustee,
<br />-- fot the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated April 11, 2006, and
<br />recorded April 20, 2006, Instrument Number 0200603510 in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
