<br />LARRY D. PARTRIDGE and DOROTHY M. PARTRIDGE, husband and wife,
<br />GRANTORS, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar, receipt of which ). SO
<br />is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and conveys to LARRY D. PARTRiDGE and
<br />DOROTHY M. PARTRIDGE, Co-Trustees of the LARRY D. PARTRIDGE TRUST, dated
<br />October 31, 2000 as to an undivided % interest and Dorothy M. Partridge and Larry
<br />D. Partridge, Co-Trustees of the Dorothy M. Partridge Trust, dated October 31,
<br />2000, as to an undivided % interest, GRANTEE, the following described real estate
<br />(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 976-201) in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />All of Lot One (1) Mainland lying in the NW1/4 of said Section. Lot 2
<br />Island; Lot 2 Mainland and Lot 3 Island, except for the following
<br />described property, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
<br />a point 50 feet East of the Southwest corner of said NW1/4; thence
<br />Northerly and parallel to the Westerly line of said NW1/4, also being
<br />parallel to the Westerly line of said Lot 2, a distance of 403.15 feet;
<br />thence deflecting right 86024' and in an Easterly direction, a distance
<br />of 619.9 feet; thence deflecting right 93035' and in a southerly
<br />direction, a distance of 437 feet; thence deflecting right 89033' and in
<br />a westerly direction a distance of 618.83 feet to the point of beginning
<br />and containing 5.88 acres, more or less all being in Section 5
<br />Township 9N, Range 11 W. 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska also
<br />excepting tracts deed to the County of Hail, more particularlv described
<br />in Deed Book 78, 266, Deed 78, Page 267 and also deed recorded in
<br />Book 128, Page 259, as recorded in the Register of Deeds Office in
<br />Hall County, NE, also excepting tracts deeded in Book 176, Page 476
<br />and in Book 177, Page 100.
