<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness
<br />secured by the Deed of Trust executed Bruce,. L. Lavalleur and Melinda A.
<br />Lavalleur, Husband and Wife, to Kearney State Bank & Trust Company, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of Kearney State Bank & Trust Company, Beneficiary named
<br />therein, said Deed of Trust being dated December 29, 2000, and recorded in the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on January 10, 2001, as Inst No.
<br />0200100226, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance
<br />with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust
<br />in and to the following described property:

<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
