<br />15,2005, by KELLY STOWELL a/kla KELLY R. STOWELL and RENATA D. STOWELL, husband
<br />and wife, Trustors, in favor of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN. OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., as Trustee, and which was filed for record on
<br />September 16, 2005, as Instrument No. 2005-09131, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said
<br />Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN.
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated September 15, 2005, and filed
<br />for record on October 31, 2005, as Instrument No. 2005-10781 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK, N.A.,
<br />by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br />LOT TWO (2) AND THE NORTHERLY THIRTEEN (13) FEET OF LOT FOUR (4), IN BLOCK
<br />FOURTEEN (14), IN SCARFF'S ADDITION TO WEST LAWN, AS SURVEYED, PLATTED
<br />AND RECORDED IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue ofthe non-payment ofthe installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute S 76.1012.
<br />
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in S 76-1012.
