<br />AMENDED MASTER DEED AND DECLARATION
<br />
<br />This Amended Master Deed and Declaration, made by RudolfF. Plate and Jeannice
<br />R. Plate, husband and wife; Tim C. Plate, a single person; Larson Construction, Inc., A
<br />Nebraska corporation, and Kenneth Shuda, a single person; hereinafter referred to as the
<br />"Declarant" .
<br />
<br />ARTICLE I. PURPOSE AND NAME
<br />
<br />The purpose of this Master Deed and Declaration is to submit additional land herein
<br />described and improvements built thereon to the condominium form of ownership and use
<br />in the manner provided by the Nebraska Condominium Act. Further, the purpose is to set
<br />forth that additional units and real estate owned by others can be added by an Addendum
<br />to this Master Deed and Declaration. The name by which this condominium is to be
<br />identified is Westwood Park I Condominiums, a condominium. The name of the
<br />association shall be Westwood Park I Condominium Unit Owners Association, Inc., a non-
<br />profit corporation.

<br />ARTICLE II. INVOLVED PROPERTY
<br />
<br />The land owned by Kenneth Shuda, now a married person, which was previously
<br />submitted to the condominium is described as follows:
<br />
<br />Lots Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Twenty-two (22) and Twenty-three
<br />(23), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />The land owned by Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband and wife, and
<br />Tim C. Plate, a single person, which was previously submitted to the condominium and
<br />described as follows:

<br />Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Westwood Park Seventh
<br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Westwood Park Ninth Subdivision, which
<br />was previously Lots Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), Westwood Park
<br />Seventh Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />
<br />The land owned by Larson Construction, Inc., A Nebraska corporation, which was
<br />previously submitted to the condominium and described as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot Twenty-one (21), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
