<br />THAT WHEREAS, for good and valuable consideration received upon the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by TIFFANY B HANSEN and LONNIE E HANSEN; HUSBAND AND WIFE to TierOne
<br />Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated March 8, 2002,
<br />and recorded March 11, 2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered
<br />in Instrument No. 0200202656 and Modification of Deed of Trust dated July 23, 2002 and recorc!<:d
<br />August 6, 2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument
<br />No. 0200208156 and Modification of Deed of Trust dated September 26, 2002 and recorded October 17,
<br />2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument No.
<br />0200211182, said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be execu ted
<br />and delivered.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, for such consideration and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />persons entitled thereto all of the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described prcmises, but only as to said premises:

<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvemcnts and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />prcmlses.

<br />THIS DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE shall not constitute payment in full of all sums
<br />due and owing upon the indebtedness secured by this Deed of Trust nor shall this Deed of Partial
<br />Reconveyance be construed as a release of any such indebtedness or security interest in any other
<br />property securing such indebtedness nor a reconveyance of this Deed of Trust as to any other property
<br />described therein.
