<br />RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

<br />P A THW A Y BANK, formerly known as, THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation, Mortgagee, in performance of said mortgage and by virtue of the
<br />power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Dollar
<br />($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, quitclaims and releases to the person or persons entitled thereto, Ronnie
<br />E. Harder and Patricia G. Harder, Mortgagor, said mortgage on the following
<br />described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-201) in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:

<br />rectangular piece of land being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
<br />Southeast corner of Lot 12, Block 10, Original town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />thence running South 3 feet; thence West parallel to the South line of said Lot 12 a
<br />distance of 140 feet; thence North 3 feet; thence east along the South line of said Lot 12,
<br />140 feet to the point of beginning.

<br />This release.is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Mortgage recorded in-- -
<br />the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document # 89-104619, on August
<br />31. 1989.
