<br />County, Nebraska, and a rectangular piece of land being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
<br />the Southeast comer of Lot Twelve (12), Block Ten (10), in the Original Town of Cairo, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, thence running South Three (3) feet; thence West parallel to the South line of said Lot Twelve (12), a
<br />distance of 140 feet; thence North Three (3) feet; thence east along the South line of said Lot Twelve (12), a
<br />distance of 140 feet to the point of beginning.

<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust recorded in the Office
<br />of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Instrument No. 200310295, on August 7,2003, pursuant to
<br />Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-1014.
