<br />PATHWA Y BANK fka THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee and
<br />Grantor, in performance of said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by such instrument,
<br />and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto, Ronnie E. Harder
<br />and Patricia G. Harder, Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes
<br />Section 76-201) in HALL County, Nebraska:

<br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Ten (10), in the Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 1, Fifth Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />Lots 11 and 12, in Block 10, Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, and a rectangular piece of land
<br />being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 12, Block 10, Original
<br />town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, thence running South 3 feet; thence West parallel to the South line of
<br />said Lot 12 a distance of 140 feet; thence North 3 feet; thence east alone the South line of said Lot 12, 140 feet
<br />to the point of beginning.

<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust recorded in the Office
<br />ofth~_ ~all <;:ounty I3--egister of Deeds, liS Instrument No. 93-110884, on December 17. 1993, pursuant to
<br />Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-1014. - - -
<br />
<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument.
