<br />Gavidia and Sulav A Juarez as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank. a Federal Savinas Bank as Trustee for
<br />the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated May 28.2004, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or
<br />Instrument Number 0200405369 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
