<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />RANDY A GROTZKY AND COLLEEN K GROTZKY. HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficimy named therein, dated
<br />SEPTEMBER 17.2002 and recorded SEPTEMBER 25.2002 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrwnent 200210183 has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
