<br />Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of September, 2007, Rick Kucera and Cindy Kucera,
<br />husband and wife, filed their Amended Complaint and action in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, against eMJ Rentals, and any and all persons having or claiming any right, title or interest in
<br />and to the hereinafter described real property, real names unknown, the object and prayer of which is to
<br />quiet title in the Plaintitfs in of the following described real estate, to-wit:

<br />A tract of land consisting of part of Lot 6 of Voss Subdivision of a part of the
<br />SEl/4 SWII4 and a part of the SWl/4 SEl/4 of Section 11, Township 11 North,
<br />Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., and more particularly described as follows: First to
<br />ascertain the actual POINT OF BEGINNING of said tract, start at the Southeast
<br />corner of said Lot 6, running thence Westerly along the South line of Lot 6, a
<br />distance of 603.5 feet; thence deflecting right 90000' and running Northerly a
<br />distance of 488.55 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of U.S.
<br />Highway #30, thence running Northeasterly along and upon said right-of-way line
<br />a distance of 265.7 feet, thence running Southerly and parallel to the West I ine of
