<br />Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of September, 2007, Rick Kucera and Cindy Kucera,
<br />husband and wife, filed their Amended Complaint and action in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, against eMJ Rentals, and any and all persons having or claiming any right, title or interest in
<br />and to the hereinafter described real property, real names unknown, the object and prayer of which is to

<br />distance of 488.55 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of U.S.
