<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Timothy C
<br />Plate; aka Tim C Plate, A Single person to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by
<br />merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated April 15, 2002, and recorded April 16,2002 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument #0200204121, has been paid, and
<br />said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
