<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all ofthe indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GORDON
<br />O'NEILL and COLLEEN O'NEILL, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to TierOne Bank, Trustee for the benefit of TierOne Bank,
