Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Paul A Wae:ner and Ronda M Wae:ner. Husband and Wife, as trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, formerly <br />Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, as Beneficiary, dated October 24.2001, <br />and recorded October 31.2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Document No. 0200111048, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />confirmed by its endorsement below. <br /> <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />3.
