<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Henderson State Bank,. as Trustee under the Trust Deed
<br />dated December 5, 2006, executed by H & J Investments LLC and Richard L. Hartman, as
<br />Trustor, in which Henderson State Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned Trustee, and
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 0200700461 dated January 18, 2007 in the office of the County Clerk
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust
<br />Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under the
<br />Trust Deed in the following described real estate, to-wit:

<br />(SEl/4NE1I4), in Section Thirty Two (32), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West ofthe 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:

<br />Beginning at the northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(SEl/4NEl/4); thence running southerly along the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (SEl/4NE1I4), on an Assumed Bearing ofS 02017' 50" E, a distance of
<br />Two Hundred (200.00) feet, to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing S 020
<br />17' 50" E along the last described course, a distance of Two Hundred Forty One and
<br />Ninety Nine Hundredths (241.99) feet; thence running S 890 19' 02" W, a distance of One
<br />Thousand Three Hundred Eighteen and Seventy Nine Hundredths (1,318.79) feet, to a
<br />point on the east line of Meadowlark Estates Subdivision and to a point on the west line of
<br />said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter( SE1I4NE1I4); thence running N 020 19'
<br />59" W, along the east line of Meadowlark Estates Subdivision and the West line of said
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE1I4NE1I4), a distance of Four Hundred
<br />Forty Two (442.00) feet, to the northeast corner of Meadowlark Estates Subdivision and
